Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Due to the weight and size of Kirby systems, standard ground shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer a warranty on replacement parts and bags?
Yes, all genuine Kirby bags, belts, and replacement parts are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. Complete vacuum units come with a dedicated limited warranty for peace of mind.
What is your return policy for vacuum systems?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the unit in its original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to used machines.
How do I know if a part is compatible with my specific Kirby model?
Each product page lists compatible models (such as Avalir, Sentria, or G-Series). You can also find your model number on the front of the power nozzle or the main motor unit to ensure a perfect fit.
